About Dr. Harris
Dr. Bolden Harris is well known in Arlington as "Dr. Bo". Dr. Harris grew up in Arlington, Texas and graduated from Arlington Martin High school. His illustrious high school football and wrestling career led him to Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa where he played collegiate football. While in college, he studied pre-medicine and graduated as a biology major. Unfortunately, Dr. Harris suffered a severe ankle injury that only his chiropractor could fix. Dr. Harris was very impressed with the philosophy and simplicity of chiropractic and thus a future chiropractor was born.

After completing his undergraduate studies at Wartburg College, he received his Doctorate degree while graduating as valedictorian and Summa Cum Laude from the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. He is now a Board Certified Chiropractor in the state of Texas.
His postgraduate studies include areas such as perinatal care, neurophysiology, non-force spinal correction, extremity adjusting, neuroimmunology and nutrition. Dr. Harris specializes in family wellness care with an emphasis on athletes, pediatrics and pregnancy care. He is in his 3rd year of practice and is currently the owner of Harris Chiropractic in Arlington, TX.
Dr. Harris excels at education and making patients feel comfortable and knowledgeable about their condition. In his office he prides himself on providing a loving, compassionate, supportive environment to help his patients not only regain their health, vitality and youth, but also to maintain their health once regained.
He provides care for children, seniors and persons of all ages. He has taken care of some of the most notable personalities in his community and has patients who come to him from long distances due to the unique approach he has to helping restore health.

He is considered an expert in his field of study subject due to his advanced training and the number of people he has helped with various problems. His patients often tell him that he is the best doctor they have seen because of his dedication, caring approach and the results he gets. This is perhaps due to the fact that he has relentlessly traveled the world in search of the best way to naturally heal people and is constantly attending advanced programs of study on the latest and most innovative methods to help his patients.
Dr. Harris is also a dynamic guest speaker and entrepreneur. He is passionate about his work and volunteers his time as a member of the distinguished non-profit
Foundation for Wellness Professionals, which is a national organization of health care experts who lecture free-of-charge in their communities.
Dr. Harris is committed to helping families in the community experience improved health and vitality. He speaks regularly to local schools, businesses, churches and organizations on health, wellness and safety topics. He enjoys educating others on how to manage stress better, weight loss, how to prevent injury in the workplace and at home, recover quickly from sports related injuries and how to maintain peak performance in all facets of life. His mission is to empower as many people as possible to experience their optimal health potential through genuine care and education.
Dr. Harris is a member of the
International Chiropractic Pediatric Association,
American Pregnancy Association, Toastmasters International and the Arlington Chamber of Commerce. He has donated time, money and/or supplies to UTA, Martin & Seguin High School, Carter, Young & Ousley Junior High, Little & Miller Elementary, Camp LaDainian Tomlinson, Toys for Tots and New Beginnings. He has also been a guest lecturer to several colleges locally and nationally, businesses, clubs and camps. Dr. Harris also serves as Team Chiropractor and Defensive Coordinator for the UTA Mavericks Football Club.
